Hampton's Resourcing are currently working exclusively with a small private company who provide Housing and Care for individuals who require care and support across a variety of setting ranging from housing. Supported living and extra care.

An exciting opportunity has come up to join this new and thriving company in the brand-new addition to the senior Management team as an Acquisition Manager this will be a remote based role with a national coverage and travel.

The appointed Acquisition Manager will be expected to successfully grow the organisations portfolio by going above and beyond to achieve fast and efficient residential property acquisitions this will be an opportunity to grow with the organisation and ultimately develop a team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for potential opportunities -Building and maintaining relationships with possible leads
  • To manage the whole acquisitions process for the organisation from conception.
  • Source deals proactively, including from unconventional and off-market sources and Existing network, LinkedIn, Websites/Rightmove etc, Brokers / Agents, Developers and Local Authorities.
  • Complete initial analysis of the quality of acquisitions against preset criteria, prepare bid strategy and negotiate HOT's.
  • Collate appropriate information to pass to the legal and progression team.
  • Investment Committee Report (initial).
  • Creation and submission of Bids & Tenders and to prepare HoTs.
  • Assist with any necessary Legal and Property Due Diligence as required, e.g. managing inspections.
  • Regular reporting against KPI's.


Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:

  • Hard-working individual who will go above and beyond to achieve fast and efficient residential property acquisitions.
  • Excellent organisation skills and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritising and keeping up to date on all systems.
  • An understanding of the requirements/motivations of sellers.

Annual Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate + additional Benefits
