Branch Manager - Adult SL & LD Services / (Norfolk) / £28k + Car Allowance


Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client who currently operate on a large scale nationally.


We are supporting them to recruit a Branch Manager to oversee the day to day management of the business, within the Norfolk area.


The services will be Supported living and outreach services for Adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and who can demonstrate challenging behaviour.


Our Client is seeking a Manager who can:

  • Management of all complaints, incidents and accidents with support from the team as required.
  • Manage the day to day business, including all relevant line management and ongoing development responsibilities for the Coordination, Recruitment, Training and Administration Team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Local Authority, NHS and Private Commissioners of services.
  • Complete relevant quarterly quality audits.
  • Deliver a truly empathic service.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of local competitors and use this to inform how we develop the business
  • Manage local tenders and mini bids as they arise with support from the contracts team.
  • Effectively implement and manage any procedure or policy changes within the team to ensure quality levels are maintained in line with regulatory, internal and contractual requirements.
  • Guide the vision and development plan for the home also carrying out quality assurance monitoring.


Home Manager Requirements:


Our client requires all interested applicants to be able to evidence good knowledge of health and social care in supported living and community-based care delivery. Applicants must also hold a Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5.


Salary Package:

  • Salary - £28k + Car Allowance + Pension Contribution
