Hampton's Resourcing are currently working exclusively with a well-established medium sized private company who provide care for the elderly and those with dementia to support them with the recruitment of a Business Development and Commissioning Manager covering a portfolio of Large Nursing Homes based in Essex.
The appointed Business Development and Commissioning Manager will be expected to successfully lead the development of the homes in order to establish and sustain long-term viability; providing a strong commercial and marketing perspective to ensure that the services are promoted as a 'Home of choice' within the local community.
You will work closely with the directors of the business or their representatives to meet the financial aims and targets of the business and to manage the referrals and occupancy of the services. A keen focus on developing relationships and building the private referrals pipeline.
