Hampton's are currently working in partnership with a well-established national charity with the recruitment of an experienced Nurse Qualified Registered Manager in the Bedfordshire area.
The Manager will have responsibility for a 40 bedded Care and Nursing home for Adults with Physical Disabilities currently rated GOOD with CQC.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing and care of the Home's residents. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for marketing the home within the local community, maximising occupancy, managing budgets, payroll and rotas.

Annual Salary: Up to 45k + Generous Pension and additional benefits
