Hampton's Children in Care division are working in partnership with Parental Assessment Centre to help them recruit a Quality Assurance Manager for their Centre in Coventry.


The primary focus of this job is to provide high quality assurance to the day-to-day practice of the Centres. There will be a strong emphasis on the services the families are receiving, the management and oversight of staff and the quality of assessments being completed.

Essential Experience:

  • A Social Work Degree and a current registration with Social Work England
  • 2+ years of experience in Child Protection / Children's Social Work
  • Experience with training and management of staff



Salary: £35-40k (dependent on experience)
