Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their continued growth, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Registered Manager that is passionate about providing the highest standard of care.
The appointed Registered Manager will be responsible for a 72-105 bed residential care home for the Elderly in the North East of England and will oversee the development and performance of the Registered Home whilst ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be energetic and self-motivated and be looking for a career that makes a genuine difference to the lives of others. Excellent communication skills and good time management are also necessary. The role will involve leading your team to always provide a high quality and professional service ensuring appropriate, person centred practice is delivered in line with the values of our client's organisation. You must be determined to succeed, be able to learn from your own experiences and be able to organise yourself well to perform your role effectively whilst maintaining a work/life balance.
Salary: £42,000-£48,000 + bonus + company benefits
