Hampton's are assisting a small residential provider with finding a Registered Manager for a BRAND NEW EBD HOME in Nottinghamshire. Due to the nature of this role, they offer a competitive salary and bonuses.

As this is a new home - which is yet to be opened - you would have the autonomy of setting the home up from scratch and be able to 'put your stamp' on it.
This is a leadership role within the organisation. To oversee all responsibilities in the day to day running of the home, ensuring a high standard of consistent care and service in accordance with legislation, central government guidance, regulations and standards, and the policies and procedures. The role is primarily to provide a high-quality care service to vulnerable young people, whilst leading a team of care professionals, providing support and guidance to them ensuring the home's performance. To work collaboratively and in keeping with the ethos and values of the company with the senior management team.
Salary: up to £45k (dependent on experience) + up to £4,500 bonuses (dependent on outcomes)
