Hampton's are currently working with a reputable Adult's learning disabilities services provider to support them with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for their service based near Northampton. The residential service supports 6 Young Adults with LD and associated needs.
The appointed Manager will be expected to provide a needs led service for adults with learning disabilities by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
The Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the home's Statement of Purpose and managing and developing the team to achieve the same.
You will be expected to ensure all aspects of the Management of the home meet with the Social Care Act 2008, the requirements of CQC and contract compliance, together with all other relative legislative requirements.
Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked within services for both Children and Young Adults with LD and Autism and has either had a GOOD or OUTSTANDING with either Ofsted of CQC.
Annual Salary: Up to £36,000 + Benefits rising to £40,000 after successful completion of probation period
