Hampton’s have been working tirelessly to support our organisation with the recruitment of a number of Adoption Services related vacancies. Many of these have proved to be particularly challenging to fill as the specification for the roles are complex, demanding and the location not attractive.

I chose to work almost exclusively with Hampton’s on these vacancies, because I have found Gary McPhee to be responsive to need, whilst managing to stay at a discreet distance – this is particularly unusual for recruiters to achieve. I feel confident that he understands the necessity for a ‘safer recruitment’ process to be followed and is proactive in providing references and DBS checks. Additionally, Gary has helped me manage difficult situations with applicants and has remained calm, considerate and patient with me when I have been fraught of worried about situations; he seems able to ‘read my mood’.

Working with Gary has felt like having an extension to my HR team.
