Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their sustainable growth plans, we are supporting them to recruit an Experienced Business Development Manager. The appointed candidate will play an integral part in winning new packages, building relationships with local commissioners and CCG's and continuing our client's trajectory in the Complex Needs sector. Experience as a Business Development Manager within the care sector (ideally Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs) is essential for this role.

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 + Generous Bonus Package + Company Benefits

Hours: 40hrs - Mon/Fri
