Hamptons are working in partnership with a reputable and well established, health and social care provider who specialise in providing the best possible care & support for Adults & Young people with complex Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities & Mental Health.

We are excited to be supporting them in appointing their next Senior Hire of Regional Director, covering the Windsor & surrounding area.

As Regional Director, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of your geographical area. Ensuring services are operating to the highest CQC standards and delivering on set performance indicators.

You will be taking on an established territory, with exciting plans to develop and grow as your role progresses. The successful applicant will be strategically responsible for continuing to deliver the highest quality of care and support. You will also be heavily involved in supporting the Managing Director from a commissioning perspective to ensure occupancy levels remain high hence, strong people and networking skills will be essential in this role.

Salary: up to £65,000

Location: This is a regional role, there is an element of home working, but a strong presence in the services is key

Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:

  • Evidence and success in a senior area/operational role in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and/or Mental Health
  • A proven track record of success in leading specialist supported living services.
  • An extensive local authority commissioning network.
  • A strong track record with regulatory compliance.
  • Having significant experience of managing multiple services.
  • Being accountable for the financial and operational performance of a region.
  • Good relationship management skills and first-hand experience of building commercial relationships.
  • Strong people and networking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
