Registered Service Manager - Cumbria - c£46K

Hampton's are working closely with an ambitious Children's Services Provider who are seeking a Registered Service Manager to effectively and efficiently oversee one of the first Multi Building Registrations in the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for leadership, management and operation of this registered service supporting children who predominantly are placed on short term assessment placements where the aim is to educate and support both them and the external agencies around them on their permanency plan.

Location: Cumbria

Salary: c46K (negotiable depending on experience)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Placement objective planning and ensuring that the placement objectives are being met by your teams
  • Linkage with all external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that they effectively lead and manage their people through the relevant hierarchy of the service.
  • Leadership and management of the leadership team and effectively facilitating the cycle of care.
  • Conduct half yearly and annual reviews with the SRSW's and AM/QM (20 reviews a year)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Provide on call support including evenings and weekends on a rota system.
  • Provide support to other services within the organisation when required.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Essential: Level 3 diploma in Children and Young
  • People's Workforce or equivalent.
  • Enrolled on Level 5 Diploma at point of application and completion within a 2 year period from appointment.
