Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client, a well-known and respected, Domiciliary care provider that provide care for elderly individuals with a variety of needs. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Senior Registered Manager. Our client are heavily focussed on making sure service users and staff are able to live and work to their full potential and so strong people skills are essential for this role.
The appointed Senior Registered Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of 6500 - 8000 hours of care per week, and will oversee the development and performance of the branch whilst ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies and standards in order to strive for "GOOD" or "OUTSTANDING" CQC ratings. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be energetic and self-motivated and have a commitment to promoting and developing the highest quality personal care for our clients service users.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Benefits
