Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to assist with the opening and overall management of their brand new children's home, which is located in Kettering.
Position: Deputy Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Burton- Latima, Kettering
Home: 4 bedded EBD home
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + additional benefits

Our client has acquired the keys in hand and are ready to kick-start the transformation of their new home in Burton Latimer. While renovations are in the planning phase, we are actively seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team and play a key role in shaping the future of this wonderful provision. The Ofsted registration process is underway, led by one of the current Managers who will be dual managing.
