The remuneration for this vital position is set at a competitive rate of £14.50 per hour + a competitive sleep in fee, reflecting the significance of the role within the care home. The shift pattern is designed to promote work-life balance, with a structure of 2 days on followed by 4 days off, allowing ample time for personal commitments and rest.

The qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support.
