Hamptons Resourcing are currently working with a large privately owned Health and Social care company with the recruitment of a Group Marketing Manager based in Windsor to head up a team to who's focus is around increasing their market awareness and visibility to ensure continued growth and success is implemented across the organisation moving forward.

About the role

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy. Working closely with the business development and resourcing teams, you'll use innovative approaches to attract new customers and employees through improved brand awareness and the promotion of our services. This will continue the growth of the organisation with the aim of increasing the number of people we are able to support.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Marketer, Ideally with an appropriate qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and be adept at turning strategy into reality.
  • Previous experience of working in the care sector with an understanding of the needs of the sectors you will be operating in and creating appropriate marketing collateral for the organisation.
  • The use of new media will be integral to the strategy and you'll be able to use it to maximise the exposure and awareness of the organisation and to improve communication between the company and its stakeholders.
  • Ideally, you will have worked in the Health and Social Care Sector or have an appreciation of the challenges the sector poses.

Salary: upto 60k + Beenfits
