Hamptons Resourcing are currently working with a large privately owned Health and Social care company with the recruitment of a Group Marketing Manager based in Windsor to head up a team to who's focus is around increasing their market awareness and visibility to ensure continued growth and success is implemented across the organisation moving forward.
About the role
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy. Working closely with the business development and resourcing teams, you'll use innovative approaches to attract new customers and employees through improved brand awareness and the promotion of our services. This will continue the growth of the organisation with the aim of increasing the number of people we are able to support.
Salary: upto 60k + Beenfits
