CQC Registered Manager - Elderly / Residential

Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client, a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. Due to their continued high standard, person-centred care, we are supporting them to recruit a Registered Manager that is passionate about providing the highest standard of care, the appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing a 38-bed Residential Care Home. Cuirrently rated GOOD in all areas and a fantastic rating on carehome.co.uk

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits

Hours: 39 hours Monday - Friday

Location: Leicester

The successful candidate will have:

  • A level 5 Diploma (or working towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience of working at management level within care services.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulatory standards and expectations.
  • Experience of working with / caring for the Elderly.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • A strong yet adaptable management style.
