Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities - £30,500

Hampton's are working exclusively in partnership with a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Deputy Manager for their Specialist Complex Service in the Southampton area. The main aim of the Deputy Manager will be to enable customers to remain safely in their own homes with as much independence as possible.

This role will suit a Deputy or Coordinator looking for a new challenge or a Senior looking to take a step up.


Salary: £30,500 + Company benefits
Location: Southampton
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)


The successful candidate will display:

  • A level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience of working at deputy manager or senior care worker level within care services.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience of working with people with Complex Needs/Learning Disabilities
  • Engaging and energetic nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
  • Great leadership skills.
