Hampton's are working exclusively with a leading domiciliary care provider based in Southampton, dedicated to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes. To support their continued growth and maintain their standards of care, we are searching for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to become an integral part of their team and oversee a wider team of specialist care support workers in the field.

Our client have an excellent track record of developing staff and always look to progress staff organically and so are happy to consider either an experienced Field Care Supervisor or a Senior Care Assistant looking to step up!


Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £25,500 per annum

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience of working as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant in a similar environment
  • QCF or Level 2 NVQ in health and social care.
  • Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this role.
  • An analytical/data driven mind/way of working.
  • Experience of working within Domiciliary care.
  • Full Driving License as this role will require travel.
