Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities - £50,000

Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Adult Care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Registered Manager. The appointed Manager will be responsible for a new start up, 4-bed Residential service in the West Midlands.

Due to this being a new start up service, an experienced Manager is essential for this position, the home itself is state of the art and ready to start accepting service users.

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits
Location: Solihull
Hours: 39hrs per week

The successful candidate will preferably display:

  • NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager in a similar service.
  • Experience of providing care for people with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and/or Complex needs.
  • The ability to maintain high standards.
  • A deeply compassionate nature with a commitment to making a difference to lives.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • An adaptable management style.
